76-year-old Mr Qin from Xinjiang, China was the owner of the renowned Chinese Noodle Restaurant in Sydney’s Chinatown and is a self-taught musician, he spent over three decades pulling noodles while playing music in his restaurants. He arrived in Australia 35 years ago with little money and eventually opened 12 restaurants. Now retired, he is finally pursuing his lifelong dream of music. He believes that both food and music are forms of art.
